Alex McFarlane is Scottish born and bred. Originally from Edinburgh, they have lived all over Scotland and currently reside in Glasgow with their husband, cat and dog.
They are nuerodiverse (ADHD) and have an MA in Art History and a Fine Art MFA, and draw a lot of inspiration from art, history and folklore - especially Celtic, as she married an Irishman!
Alex currently works in a film archive and enjoys reading fantasy, romance and contemporary literature, long ambling walks, visiting galleries, and lives off coffee and gin.
