Ari Cohen was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba and has divided his professional life between Vancouver and Toronto. An actor in Theatre, Film and Television for over 25 years, he’s appeared in the films of Aaron Sorkin, Ricky Gervais, David Cronenberg, Patricia Rozema, Bruce Mcdonald, Guy Maddin and many others. Series regular roles include Shoot The Messenger (CBC), Gangland Undercover (History/A&E), and My Babysitter is A Vampire (Disney). He has recurred and guest starred on countless American and Canadian TV shows for Network and Cable alike. In the world of advertising, Ari has voiced campaigns for RBC, Bell, Shell, Shreddies, Toyota and many more. A highly regarded stage actor, he has originated roles in the plays of Hannah Moscovitch, Michael Healey, Diane Flacks and Adam Pettle, has starred in numerous Canadian premieres and performed at virtually every major theatre in Canada.
