Christian Scharff is a Partner at PwC and leads the People & Organisation practice in Luxembourg. He is in charge of coordinating EMEA HR Technology activities and advises numerous companies in Europe on Technology and their consequences on Human Resources. He is a recognised expert in the deployment of major HR ERP systems like Workday and SuccessFactors. Scharff’s career began with the Belgian Police, before he became an HR Director in multiple sectors including pharmaceutical, industrial automation and banking. For the past eleven years he has run Inspiring More Sustainability Luxembourg www.imslux.lu a non-profit supporting increased corporate social responsibility in Luxembourg. An upskiller himself, Scharff has successfully re-trained throughout his career, moving from roles with the army and the police force, to running a car dealership and overseeing the HR processes for multinational firms.
