Claudio Weiss, Dr. phil., Dipl.-Psych., is an independent leadership developer and career consultant with a lifelong philosophical-psychological immersion in topics such as consciousness, ethics, and values. Since 1986, as a partner of Egger, Philips + Partner AG, Zurich and Hamburg, he has been training and advising managers and specialists from varying industries in win-win-negotiation on the basis of the Harvard concept, the European version which he played a major role in designing. More recently, he has focused on the development of online Self Exploration Instruments to make our inner drivers and motivators visible. In 1998 he published the book "Das Delphi Prinzip.
