A graduate of Western Culinary Institute, in Portland OR, Dante returned home to Arizona to expand his culinary knowledge and career. Starting at the Elegant Sassi Restaurant in North Scottsdale, where he was apart of the culinary team that helped achieve the restaurant’s first AAA 4 Diamond Award. Taking his knowledge of “scratch” traditional Italian cuisine, he headed to the 5 Diamond, 5 Star Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. Working in all areas of culinary, he finished his stint there in the 4 Diamond Il Terrazzo Restaurant. After the Phoenician, he continued to grow his career in management roles at the Fairmont Princess Resort, the Westin Kierland Resort, Compass USA, and a return to the Phoenician Resort in 2019 to help open the Phoenicna Tavern.
