Denise Basel, who has been married to Jerry for over 45 years, has co-directed The Father's Heart Intensive Christian Counseling Ministry for almost twenty-five years, counseling individuals and couples worldwide. She completed a Master's Degree in Christian Counseling at Regent University in Virginia Beach as well as a Post Master's Certificate with a Biblical Counseling emphasis. Denise also holds a Master's Degrees in Higher Education from Michigan State University. Prior to committing her life to pastoral ministry, she held teaching and administrative positions at the college and university level for almost 20 years.
