Frank Westcott has had eight books, numerous stories, articles and poems published. Some of his stories and one poem were published in Exile the Literary Quarterly. Joyce Carol Oates called ELQ “One of the great North American Literary Magazines.” In 2011, he won the Gloria Vanderbilt Short Fiction Prize.
