H.R. Carter is new to book writing. Being a musician, he has written and collaborated on several original songs. Having worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years, he is a high school and college graduate, he holds a business degree from College of The Sequoias and a degree in Insurance marketing. A former U.S. Marine, he resides in Visalia, California with his wife Angie and their two dogs, Rowdy and Marley.
