Irmtraud Kauschat works as a trainer for Nonviolent Communication and as a mediator in international conflict zones (Croatia/Serbia, France, Iceland, Israel/Palestine, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, UK and Ukraine).
She supports candidates as an assessor on their path to CNVC certification in Africa and Europe. She integrates NVC into her work as a doctor for Traditional Chinese Medicine and individual
coaching. Irmtraud is a founding member of the Nonviolent Communication Network Darmstadt- South Hessia e.V. and D-A-CH German speaking groups for Nonviolent Communication e.V.
