Datin Josephine Yoong is a qualified accountant, business owner and loving mother of 2 adult children and 1 teenager. She grew up in KL and is married to a cardiologist from Sabah; they have made the beautiful island of Penang their home for the past 24 years. She graduated from the University of Melbourne, did her CPA while working in KPMG and completed her MBA with University of Hull by the age of 24. She loves travelling with the family, food exploration and all matters related to faith. She believes in raising up a generation of future leaders who will do what is right (the topic of her TEDx talk), centred around the children’s book she authored, ‘Timmy Tapir Learns to Do What’s Right!’.
