Between 2004 to 2016 he was responsible for organizational and public administration investment projects in the security and defense industry. As a former federal armed forces officer, he is particularly interested in changing the methodology for leadership, and organizational development of Agile Project Management practices. He has been a member of the Agile Management professional group at GPM since 2017 and applies his knowledge and experience in management and strategic development of organizations to Agile Management. His research interests are leadership and organizational development practices for value creating organizations of the future.
