Matt combines creativity with the ability to see what the world needs. He has mastered the skill of utilizing what is readily available to create something brand new. Matt enjoys challenges and often sees the path forward all the way through the end result before others.

Matt’s career path led him through a vast variety of experiences in the civil engineering, architecture, and construction fields.

As Matt gained professional experience during the day, at night he quickly became a leader in the creative space and entrepreneurship with a desire to bring people together. Matt has demonstrated his ability to lead through excellent communication, foresight, quality of work, accountability, strong work ethic, and integrity. He has established a distinguished portfolio with a large network of peers.

Matt created ‘My Morning Story’, a website for writers of all levels and ambitions. My Morning Story provided amateur and emerging writers with a platform to express themselves, tell their stories, and share ideas. Access to the creative tools and discussion boards for instantaneous peer reviews provided technical and emotional support many beginner artists need to facilitate their growth. At its peak, it had 500 active writers, sharing their love, life, and imagination every day. Matt published two books with member short stories and poems.

Today, Matt spends much of his time as the Director of Project Management for a construction company with 10 crews in 5 states. He spends his time marketing, designing, estimating, billing and managing. Most importantly, he continues building relationships and working with people to achieve common goals.  That ability to bring people together, no matter how far apart their physical locations might be, the ability to maintain group focus, and follow through it all until the end.
