M.D. Upton is a retired journalist who enjoys writing about a wide variety of subjects. He is never far from his laptop and records voice memos on his phone whenever a good story idea strikes him. In addition to writing, M.D. has a passion for music and enjoys playing guitar. He is a University of Kansas graduate and lives in Overland Park, Kansas. He roots for the University of Kansas Jayhawks, the Kansas City Royals, and the Kansas City Chiefs.
