My name is Nonprofit, and I'm 57 years old. I'm a veteran, and my mission is to get homeless veterans off the streets of Detroit. All proceeds from this book will go directly to my nonprofit, dhudginsinc.com. The name "dhudgins" is in honor of my cousin, who tragically passed away at 39 from COVID-19. He ran a nonprofit that I supported, and in his memory, I established a new organization to continue his legacy of helping others. I hope you will support our future endeavors.

My photo features our nonprofit's logo. At this stage in my life, I find joy in being a "nobody" and cherish the time spent with my grandchildren—they are my lifeline, and nothing should come between us. I have seven children—two daughters and five sons. My daughters are my "unicorns" because they are that rare and special to me, while my five sons are my "baby bears," always showing their little claws.
