I graduated from Roehampton Institute (now University of Surrey) in 1998, with a degree in Psychology and Counseling. I later went on to study a master's in psychology, an Innovation and Design thinking Diploma (Emeritus), and more recently I became a Practitioner and Instructor in Logosynthesis.
I've worked in various business and therapeutic environments over the years but became frustrated that most models of healing and creativity don't acknowledge or include the spiritual dimension of our human experience. I discovered Logosynthesis while healing from a serious and debilitating illness; it was the breakthrough I'd been searching for, and I have practiced it ever since. I didn't look back.
This led to me launching my own private practice in January 2021 where I guide and support my clients as they heal from traumatic experiences, resolve limiting beliefs, and melt creative blocks away—all with the amazing healing power of words.
In recent years, I've contributed to various writing and editing projects including several other Logosynthesis books with Willem. Others have included the story of an innovative nursing model in the Netherlands and a personal journey of healing from cancer. One day I'm going to write my own book!
I also like to play in my little art studio, making mixed media artwork, writing, and generally experimenting. I enjoy walking in nature and any kind of cake .
Feel free to reach out with any questions, comments, or enquiries about working with me; I'd love to hear from you!
