Sera C.B. is a queer human presenting in the guise of a lovely ottercat! Sera has declared herself a storyteller, working in various mediums with the goal of spreading happiness and positive messaging to all who lay eyes upon her creations. She haunts the scenic Willamette Valley with her wonderful spouse in the heart of Oregon, writing stories, composing songs, and drawing naughty, naughty things.
