After a satisfying 28.5 year career in law enforcement, Dr. Klarich has retired to pursue her passion for writing. Dr. Klarich holds a doctorate of philosophy degree in Psychology of Organizational Leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her dissertation entitled FORMAL MENTORING PROGRAMS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS TO ENCOURAGE MORE EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF MENTALLY ILL INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS has been published by Lambert Academic Publishing and can be found in print on Barnes and Noble.com, Amazon.com, and Walmart.com. Dr. Klarich is an Educator, a Change Management consultant, with certifications in Addiction and Prevention, and is an internationally certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
