Tom Condone is currently the Executive Director for Tennessee Soccer, where he is responsible for managing the operations of the organization. From 2005-2011, he served as the Director of Coaching and Player Development for Tennessee Soccer. He is a national staff instructor for both US Soccer and US Youth Soccer, and has served on the ODP coaching staff for both Region II and Region III. Tom holds a USSF "A" License, USSF National Youth License, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, NSCAA National Youth Diploma, and the NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma.
Tom played collegiate soccer at the University of Alabama-Birmingham, before transferring to Monmouth University and finishing with a Bachelor of Arts in History/Political Science in 1995. He has held head coaching jobs at Spring Hill College (1998-2000), and Rutgers University-Newark (2003), obtaining a Master of Liberal Arts at Spring Hill in 2000. Tom held the position of Head Coach for Men and Women's Soccer at Tennessee Wesleyan College (2000-2002, 2003-2005), where he was the 2001 NAIA Region XII Coach of the Year. Additionally, he has been the conference chairperson for the Appalachian Athletic Conference, Gulf Coast Athletic Conference, and served as the Tournament Chairperson for the East Coast Athletic Conference.
