The Highland Ballad Series
|
From a USA Today bestselling author comes a tale of danger, intrigue and love.
Scotland, Autumn 1556.
Abby wants nothing more than to be reunited with Iain, but her father is against it and wants her safe. But Huntly Castle is a breeding ground for treason and trafficking, using the family's powerful connections. As Abby avoids falling prey to the amorous intentions of Huntly's sons, she finds herself in a far deadlier hunt. What's at stake is not her virtue but her life, and what is most dangerous to them both is her love.
Brimming with adventure and atmosphere, the novel will take you on an exciting journey through the time of Mary Queen of Scots.
Praise for the series: 'a real treasure', 'charming'
