With over a million books sold to date, Sarah Woodbury is the author of more than forty novels, all set in medieval Wales. Although an anthropologist by training, and then a full-time homeschooling mom for twenty years, she began writing fiction when the stories in her head overflowed and demanded that she let them out. While her ancestry is Welsh, she only visited Wales for the first time at university. She has been in love with the country, language, and people ever since. She even convinced her husband to give all four of their children Welsh names.
Sarah is a member of the Historical Novelists Fiction Cooperative (HFAC), the Historical Novel Society (HNS), and Novelists, Inc. (NINC).
She makes her home in Oregon.

M. Ruth Myers received a Shamus Award from the Private Eye Writers of America for Don’t Dare a Dame, the third book in her Maggie Sullivan mysteries series. The series follows a woman P.I. in Dayton, OH, from the end of the Great Depression through the end of WW2.
Other novels by Myers, in various genres, have been translated, optioned for film and condensed for magazine publication. Some were written under the name Mary Ruth Myers. She has a bachelor of journalism degree from the University of Missouri J-School. Prior to becoming a novelist, she worked on daily papers in Wyoming, Michigan and Ohio. She also spent five years working as a ventriloquist.
The author and her husband live in Ohio. When not writing, she plays Irish traditional tunes on the concertina with more enthusiasm than skill. (Then again, how many people do you know who even play the concertina?)
Anna Castle writes the Francis Bacon mysteries and the Lost Hat, Texas mysteries. She has earned a series of degrees -- BA in the Classics, MS in Computer Science, and a PhD in Linguistics -- and has had a corresponding series of careers -- waitressing, software engineering, grammar-writing, assistant professor, and archivist. Writing fiction combines her lifelong love of stories and learning. She physically resides in Austin, Texas and mentally counts herself a queen of infinite space.
