This book addresses the most important questions of our time: Is democracy compatible with good leadership? Is democracy capable of producing good leadership?
The book answers these questions through an in-depth analysis of the concept and practice of democracy. Finally, it asks the question: Will there be a "paxcracy" when the power of peace trumps the power of freedom? Will peace on earth and goodwill to all men finally becomes a reality?
