Meanwhile, it's late at night, and Marcos, at the request of his wife Joana, drives her to his father-in-law's so she can give him a cell phone as a gift. When they arrive, the neighborhood dogs are barking incessantly, and, even though they repeatedly ring the doorbell and then knock at the gate, there's no sign of the old man. Was he...?
