Hay principios lógico/normativos que dan características formales y regulan los contenidos de cada Institución Jurídica. Investigar los “principios jurídicos” consiste en detectar los principios inspiradores de cada Institución, y observar cómo, desde ellos, aparecen los argumentos que pueden aclarar cuáles sean las conductas lícitas o ilícitas, mediante las diversas Fuentes del Derecho cuyas reglas les sean más correctamente aplicables. Se plantea así el problema de cuál sea la metodología más adecuada para aclarar y conocer el sentido de los Principios del Derecho.
