But lo and behold, her once flawless eyes were now frequently missing their target. Undaunted, she tilted her wings and synchronised the 'rudder' in her tail feathers. Then she swooped down again. All the alert creatures below scampered away from her scary long sharp hooks. Even her golden unblinking lens, which could usually focus from afar failed the lady. Upset, she clenched her talons into a claw shape but alas it was all in vain. What would she do now? Could anyone find a remedy for the eagle's poor eyesight? A neighbour, whom in the past she would have loved to MEAT, came to her rescue. She was Weaverbird. Eagle came to her to beg for help. The queen of birds, begging for help? No one would have thought…………! After that visit and with her eyes cured, the lady's movement detection returned to her. Then, a blunt dive soon followed, and her looping never missed again, because nothing could obscure her vision anymore.
