Join Bella, a spirited girl with a heart full of curiosity, in this enchanting children's fairy tale that weaves magic, adventure, and a touch of Halloween spookiness. Unbeknownst to Bella, the potion has unleashed an unexpected evil within Felix, and he sets out on a mission to scare the citizens of Whimsyville on Halloween night.
