Cathy is a frustrated middle-aged housewife in her early fifties with a non-existent sex life due to her husband's impotence and complete loss of libido following surgery to remove his cancerous prostate gland. She frequently fantasizes about having sex with other men but out of loyalty and a sense of duty remains monogamous and committed to her family and marriage.
Her world becomes much more interesting when Tom, a good-looking black guy moves into the house across the street. Unknown to her he's very experienced in the swinging and hotwife/cuckold lifestyle and has a penchant for attractive mature white women. By coincidence he shares her passion for jogging and running to keep fit and uses it as a pretext to befriend her and gradually work his way into her affections.
His plan works and within a few weeks she becomes more and more enamoured and can't stop thinking about what it would be like to have sex with him, but deep down knows if she does she'd be filled with guilt and remorse for cheating on her husband.
One morning while out running she experiences an excruciating leg cramp and out of desperation limps back to Tom's house for help. He massages her thigh muscles, and she becomes highly aroused and in the moment overcomes her feelings of guilt and decides to place her sexual needs ahead of everything else. It's the moment Tom has been waiting for, but he hesitates and rationalizes if he follows her wishes he'd be taking advantage of the situation, something she might resent him for afterwards. Reluctantly he makes the decision to cool things down and she goes home.
The next day he's invited to a barbeque at their home as a "thank you" by her husband, Frank for stepping in and helping her. Later in the evening while Cathy is out of earshot, a very tipsy Frank reveals several very intimate and surprising secrets and how he feels about their marriage and the direction it should take. With this knowledge Tom confidently propositions Cathy a few days later and is successful in persuading her to conquer her guilt and finally break her vows.
What follows is an unforgettable morning of passionate, uninhibited, and consequence free sex where she's able to explore some of her fantasies by engaging in things her husband considers depraved. In the process she also learns first-hand exactly why so many women seek out the attention of younger well-endowed Black men.
