There is a thing that should trouble any child of God; silence. As a child of God you cannot afford to be silent, as the express image of Christ we should be characterised by the simile of Christ. OF ALL His attributes as from Genesis 1 we get to understand God through His creative power that is the power of His Word. SO THROUGH narrating the re-unfolding of earth and its heavens we get to understand God can speak before we know any other thing about Him. Out of the mystery of void and formlessness we get. Genesis1:1-2 KJV In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. The word translated moved is a non-active: rachaph רָחַף (annunciation: raw-khaf') meaning; to brood as over lays or to stand upon in guard and also meaning; to be relaxed (by implication). So the first active we hear or read of God in the Holy Bible is His audibility, or the power of His words "let there be". Being the express image of God, our power is also in the tongue as His is. That is why the book of Proverbs says the tongue of the wise is health. It means our words have the power to make well or to collapse us. So the unspoken word is like the piercings of the wicked tongue, it does not build. So we construct by our words. Our daily confessions, what we call our life becomes our lives and what we call our children become our children. We should refuse to believe not just in quietness but in word for words made the world all that was originally created is the product of words. Proverbs 12:18 KJV There is that speaketh like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health. Proverbs 15:4 KJV A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit. So still the book Proverbs says as man thinketh so he is. Our hearts should pour out what we think for it is what manufacture us in the physical. Physical words bring physical things in to being. Thus words mingled with faith as the material all that we desire.
