It's only waiting for you to make an impression. You are the only one who requires persuasion.
Consider this: how many times have you overlooked someone who didn't deserve it? Too many? When you wanted to say "no," how many times have you said "yes" instead? You do this action to maintain harmony and prevent upsetting anyone. You know what? The boat must rock sometimes. Sometimes you have to stop pretending that less is enough, stopping apologizing for who you are, and stopping agreeing. since it isn't. Not for you. You have a greater purpose for being here.
