Yoga class for thirty somethings is more than just improving energy and flexibility, it's also a place to show off well shaped figures, encased in expensive action wear, and Didi has noticed Nadia exemplifies this mantra and Didi has a hard time keeping focused on the instructions with the smashing figure of Nadia twisting around in front of her.

The sleuthing the women did comes back to haunt them, especially Didi who is drawn into the world of lesbian bondage and discipline. Both Didi and Nadia are unable to resist the lure of that specific world and allow themselves to be sucked into the prurient activities along with the yoga instructor.
