Welcome to the world of Roman Terra, an Earth conquered by the Roman Empire and all its glory! In the not-too-distant future of the year 2400 AD, Lucius Invictus (Lucius I) is rather bored. Already exploring the cosmos, his faithful head scientist Gaius Julius encourages him to see his latest invention. Not to merely conquering other planets of his own world, but instead conquering another Earth entirely!
To accomplish this, Lucius I selects his son Titus and Titus' friend Nadya, the daughter of his faithful adviser Benedictus Severus. They along with Alenus Yuma agree to infiltrate the ranks of the White House under the new administration of Juma Kamau. From kidnapping Juma's eldest daughter Zuri and swapping her with Nadya they hope to fool the public of their intentions unless if Johnny Brutus has anything to say about it...
