prof. Dr. Abdullah DEMIR
He was born in 1970 in Aslançayır Village of Havza. Graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law (1995), the author became a scientist (1998) with his master's thesis titled "Examination of the Tophane Court No. 7 Sharia Registry Book" and a doctorate with his study "Ebussuud Efendi's Place in Ottoman Law" ( 2004). He completed his military service as a law lecturer at the Turkish Military Academy. The author, who is married and has two children, is a faculty member of Legal History.
