The illustrations were commissioned based on a collage of photos of the town of Villa Abecia, in Chuquisaca, Bolivia, and other cutouts of figures and drawings that shaped his ideas.
In this first volume of "The raider from Villa Abecia", the character of a humble boy from the town of Villa Abecia is born, to whom some children from the city give him a bicycle at the end of his vacations in that place; From then on, this boy uses the bicycle daily for all his activities and the following year he is taken by the same family that gave him the bike to a bike race in the city; During this race, events take place in which the cyclist from Villa Abecia puts his priorities to the test and is able to show his moral values, earning a lifelong friendship with Marcelito, the city boy. The story inculcates values such as: generosity, loyalty, sincerity, kindness, gratitude, solidarity and others; that are reinforced and internalized by the children through a word search and a crossword puzzle at the end of the story. The book is presented as interactive, since it allows children to write and illustrate their own ending; In addition to having all the illustrations of the story to color at the end of the story. The author's dream is that parents from all over the world, one day narrate this beautiful story to their children before going to sleep, from the cradle until they can read their own book and thus contribute to planting values in children, values that They are disappearing in our current society.
