Speaking empowerment into them rather than trying to force them to admit powerlessness.. I took everything I learned from truly listening to my clients for the 11 years before I opened my doors and built a program that was client centered, judgement free and solutions focused.

I became obsessed with learning how to support my clients in taking what felt like a breakdown and turn it into the breakthrough they needed to reset and reframe their relationship with alcohol. I committed to seeking first to understand, kept investing in learning the newest techniques, and then putting what I learned into practice and developing my own methods along the way that equipped my clients with the most effective empowerment tools to get the results they were seeking.
