Angela is a dedicated author and mental health advocate.

She founded Mindful Matters Institute, a consulting and research company based in the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area. The institute's primary mission is to reduce mental health stigma and empower individuals on their journey toward balanced and fulfilling lives.

Angela's educational background, research, and experience bring a comprehensive perspective on personal transformation. She brings to the table a unique perspective shaped by the challenges of growing up with narcissistic parents. Having navigated the complex dynamics of such relationships, she offers a profound understanding of the emotional intricacies involved. Her work focuses on complex and multifaceted aspects of thriving after narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, and C-PTSD.

Angela holds a Master's in Public Policy and Public Administration from Northwestern University and a B.A. from Georgetown University. She has published papers in peer-reviewed academic journals and has written articles for international organizations.
