After overcoming a significant life-changing event, Anna Mardones has taken on the role of a mother to an abused child with disabilities. Since that fateful day, Anna has dedicated herself to extensive research on child abuse, particularly in cases involving children with disabilities.
This book marks her first published work, as she believed it would bring closure and healing. However, she realized that there is still much more to be done in addressing this issue. Her main priority now is to educate others on how easily they can overlook and ignore the signs of abuse.
In the future, Anna hopes to establish a system that would allow children with disabilities to seek help when they are unable to communicate. She eagerly looks forward to speaking publicly about her experiences to raise awareness and advocate for change.
