AshtaVasus is a pen name for the first-time author. A single woman and an experienced banker with an MBA in banking, she has also pursued her interests in history, social service, yoga and vedic knowledge. She has a keen interest in connecting the dots of knowledge received from various books, be it proverbs, stories, folklores, historical facts, shlokas etc., to gain a deeper understanding of a particular concept. This book is her attempt to share her experiences and insights with other single women who may be facing similar challenges in their lives.
