Chanell J. Wilson has been writing songs, poetry, and short stories since the age of 13. She has studied Theatre Arts, Screenwriting, Film Editing, and Recording Arts. She is the author of "Braidgirl:The Hair Braiding Instructional ebook, Identity?:A Hair Memoir, Poverty's Finest, and Weekends Only. She is also Co-Founder of the Indie Band The Joystone. Currently, she resides in Northern California.
