Dale Clifton is a graduate of Purdue and Indiana Universities. He was a national scholarship judge for three years and has presented scholarship success seminars to parent groups, students, and company employees.
Dale developed College Scholarship Planning, a complete strategy for winning college scholarships and has been featured on ABC, CBS, NBC, TBN, and Fox-TV affiliates, on talk radio programs, in magazines and newspapers.

Dale Clifton, The Scholarship Doctor, is a man with a heart and a vision. Dale sincerely believes that given the right motivation and help almost any student can win the necessary money to attend the college or university of his/her choice.

He is an inspiration to all students who want to improve themselves, positively affect the lives of others, and win multiple college scholarships.

Sadly, Dale passed away on December 20th, 2010 and left behind a family that will miss him dearly. This book will continue to be updated, marketed and sold. This book is being edited and compiled into an eBook format by Dr. Robert White, a friend of the author, and will be marketed and sold at the request of his family.
