With a career spanning two decades, Tom has led the design, development, and deployment of award-winning leadership programs in partnership with prestigious institutions such as Harvard, London Business School, FranklinCovey, and more, transforming 4000+ leaders across continents. His work, underpinned by neuroscience, is well-recognized for its profound impact, for which he has received several honours, including a PRISM award and a CIPD award for Best Learning & Development Program. Beyond the corporate setting, Tom contributes to academia as a university faculty lecturer, moderator, and board member.
