On the surface, Erick Ebelhard Mbeleka is a published author and transformation speaker with over 4 years experience in the industry Since 2018. His interest of speaking and writing embark on when he finished up various program in secondary level such as “What is not taught at school, Life guidance and coaching all the programs was facilitated by ZEPT Foundation   and Map for life organization with facilitation of Mr. Enock Walter.    Currently Erick Mbeleka    has three books named as “HATUA, SHERIA 10 ZA USHAWISHI, SHULE YA FEDHA”. All these books are self helping books with transformational knowledge and skills.    His living purpose and goal is to ensure Multi-million individuals know their purpose and take delight extra ordinary world, he is so efficient at his Job compare to his age, he considers himself as “Master of transformation in young generation”. 

    Erick Ebelhard Mbeleka cater to major companies as strategic and analytical manager, by profession he is graduate from University of Dar es salaam Tanzania and awarded Bachelor of Science in Quantity surveying in 2022.    He developed a passionate interest in writing  books,conducting public seminars, volunteering in public activities and events.
