Geraint Jones is an author and military historian, who served as an infantry soldier in Iraq and Afghanistan. His first book on the Second World War, D-Day: The Unheard Tapes, was a Sunday Times number one bestseller, and accompanied an acclaimed BBC2 series of the same name. His first work of non fiction, No Way Out with Major Adam Jowett, was also a Sunday Times bestseller. He has written a memoir of his Afghanistan tour, Brothers in Arms, and co-authored Escape from Kabul with Levison Wood. He has published several novels, including titles with James Patterson. His podcasts, Veteran State of Mind and the War Story Podcast, include interviews with veterans from the Second World War.
