Gwendolyn RanCher, known in the entertainment industry as "MISS GWEN," is a multifaceted force in media, entertainment, and boxing. As the owner of CMOAC PROMOTIONS, CMOAC INC., and CMOAC FOUNDATION NONPROFIT, she and her business partner, Attorney Peniel Manigat, have become leading Entertainment Consultants. Their prestigious clientele includes A-list celebrities, athletes, musicians, political figures, and high-profile clergy.

MISS GWEN's passion for the arts began early, singing in her church choir and performing in her high school drama club. This ignited her love for acting and set the stage for her future in the entertainment industry. Her interest in film, television, and radio broadcasting deepened during college, where she worked as a journalist and radio broadcaster for Papas Telecasting Company, a FOX affiliate. Under the mentorship of Isaac Hernandez, a prominent producer and director at Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), she honed her skills in live televised and film productions.

MISS GWEN furthered her education with double majors in Film Production and Entertainment & Music Management at Full Sail University, where she studied under industry veteran Peter Wise. She has since emerged as the executive producer and director of her own groundbreaking project, "CELEBRITY" Making of A Champion boxing franchise international reality show. This show showcases celebrity world champion boxers and their protégés, highlighting the challenges and triumphs they achieve outside the ring. It's designed for network television, offering a unique glimpse into the lives of these champions and the industry experts shaping their destinies.
