I read and educate myself regularly on topics related to self-development and psychology, which helps me understand and control my thoughts and emotions. 

I am also well-versed in other techniques that support both body and mind, such as breathing exercises, journaling, and self-reflection, which allows me to reflect on my thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and make meaningful changes.
