Born in Bristol, England, John studied in Sheffield before moving to Hamburg in 1984. He has lived in voluntary exile since then, enjoying playing rugby, working for the British Consulate-General for over 20 years, travelling and performing with Toastmasters. He is a true lover of the great outdoors and a passionate communicator working with people from all ages and walks of life.
