Coach Johnny has been coaching youth sports since the mid-90's, starting with youth football. Later he added inline hockey, basketball, baseball, and soccer to his list of sports and teams that he's coached.
He started with a broup of 10-year-olds, and has expanded in both directions starting from 4-year-ods, all the way up to 14-years-olds. He's coached both genders, and a few coed teams, each providing their own challenges and experiences.
When asked why he keeps doing it after 30 years? His response is always the same, "Because someone did it for me when I was a kid. Nothing else I do, aside from being a husband and father, is more important in the current social climate."
