Kevin Carr was born into a dysfunctional family in 1968. As a child, Kevin escaped his home life in libraries, where he fell in love with books.
As an adult, Kevin spent most of his life writing, drawing, and sculpting. In 2020 after his mother's death, Kevin started writing the Dryad Chronicles.
Kevin currently lives in California, where he stays at home due to PTSD, and works remotely with his daughter, who is a talented artist.
