ABOUT THE AUTHOR-

Leo Mount is a retired DEA Special Agent who worked in New York, Philadelphia, Peru and Bolivia over a 25-year career. Prior to DEA, Leo served in the US Army in Germany with the 1st Armored Division, and the US Marine Corps in California and Okinawa with the 1st Marine Division. Upon retirement, Leo was employed as a Law Enforcement Professional in Afghanistan with the US Army's 10th Mountain Division acting as a Law Enforcement advisor to the Battalion Commander and mentor to the Afghan National Police.

He is also the author of The Summer of 1964, a coming of age story set in South Philadelphia during the Philadelphia Phillies surprising pennant run that unfortunately led to a historic collapse.

During his wanderlusting glory days, Leo hiked across most of the continental United States one summer, and a few years later walked from Mexico to Canada. He did not run into Bigfoot during this excursion, but did encounter many wonderful people and experienced first hand the greatness of America in all its star-spangled magnificence.
