Lucas Kent Ogden, a native of northern California, is an instructor of American constitutional law at the University of Tubingen in southwestern Germany. He has taught many courses concerning American law and legal language for European university students, business people and government workers. He regularly gives speeches for the German-American Institute in Tubingen. As a speaker and instructor, Ogden is known for his engaging approach.
