Marion Hartmann - Libros y biografía

Born in Paderborn in 1966, Marion Hartmann grew up in the countryside. After graduating from high school, she studied design in keeping with her creative inclinations and then worked as an interior designer, color designer and playground planner. Since 2010 she worked as a primary school teacher in Berlin. She began writing to process experiences with illnesses. “Hip surgery... Sepsis... Coma: Back to life after the hospital germ” was her first book, published for the first time in 2019. The children's book “What is Cancer?” followed in the same year. In 2020 she wrote the book “Tumor Talk”. During the Corona pandemic she wrote and illustrated the children's book "What is a Virus?" which describes how infection occurs and how you can successfully protect yourself. The ability to illustrate text with illustrations helps in this educational work, as do your own experiences in dealing with illnesses. She is also looking forward to tackling book projects that have nothing to do with illness. This resulted in the children's book "Line and the Dust Mice", published in 2023.
