Irish writer Martina Devlin was born in Omagh, Co Tyrone and now lives in Dublin where she works as a reporter and columnist with the Irish Independent. Her first novel, Three Wise Men, was an instant bestseller in Ireland and her second, Be Careful What You Wish For, will be published in October 2001.
